Rounded sidewalls and a perfectly flat bottom combined with an ergonomically designed, securely attached stay-cool handle make it simple to maneuver the frypan while cooking. The handles are well balanced and temperature safe up to 260C (500F), allowing you to finish cooking in the oven. Sturdy tempered glass lids sold separately feature an adjustable steam vent for advanced moisture control and are also oven-safe.

The actual coating process utilizes a specially developed robot to give each Swiss Diamond produces three solid layers of nonstick coating. The patented coating, reinforced with real diamond crystals, provides a lifetime of superior performance and the coating is manufactured completely without PFOA for safety.
